ll pets must either be on a leash, in a pet carrier or held by the owner during check in.

Long Term Boarding: 
(thirty days or more) to be prepaid up to thirty days.

Overnight stays:   Will be charged a minimum of two (2) days


Vaccination Requirements

Veterinarian proof of complete current vaccinations
 MUST
 be provided before pet can be accepted for check in. 
 
No Exceptions

Note, many veterinarians administer Bordetella only on request

Note, Leukemia is a separate vaccination

  • Charges start on the first day, regardless of check-in time. There is no charge for the day of check-out if your pet is picked up by 12:00 Noon. 
  • No pet shall be released to anyone but the authorized owner/agent checking the pet in, unless pre-authorized by pet's owner/agent.

  • Pets are housed separately...  (Cats are housed in a separate area away from the dogs)


~ Definitions ~


Play Time:
  A one on one play time is available (unless you have multiple pets you wish to play together).  We have securely fenced acreage  to  run, romp, play with toys, be brushed or just held and loved.  The choice will be up to your  Special Pet.    A loving and competent technician will be interacting with your  Special Pet  during this time. 

Will Call: 
If your pet is on a "Will Call" for pick up, be sure you speak to one of our staff prior to coming to pick up your pet.  If no one is available when you call, leave a single message.  Someone will return your call and coordinate a time for pick up.  This will prevent you the possible inconvenience of someone not being available to assist you when you come to pick up your pet.

NOTE:  Will Call pick up is for pet owners that may be flying  etc. and do not know what time they can actually pick up their pet.  Delivery & pick up of pets is by appointment.
